The metal materials we are handling consist of various types, such as TC4-TC11, 17-4PH, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, Zr2, Zr304 and BeCu etc. We can process the diameter Φ6-200 of the deep hole, the length of the products can reach to 5 meters. F urthermore, the previation of the drilling hole can reach to IT6-IT9,and the roughness (Ra Value) of the surface normally can reach to 0.2um. What’s more, especially the shells for oil instrument industry, we have special processing means and measurement methods, which can guarantee the deviation of wall thickness less than 0.3mm. The production efficiency may up to 1000m/h. An ordinary deep hole machine can not be able to reach it.
